He is survived by: his children, Mei Lin Chiang, Jamie Chiang, Allen Chiang (Michelle) and Bruce Chiang (Shuangling); his grandsons, Kevin Wu (Melanie Wu), Dennis Wu (Rachel Barber-Wu) and Michael Chiang; his great grandchildren, Leia Wu, Johnny Wu and Lillian Barber-Wu; his sister Mary Mohr; and his nephew Tony Mohr.
