We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2018, at the age of 85, Charlotte Virginia Waddell (Frederick, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent George W.; her sister Madeline E. Waddell; and her brother-in-law James S. Waddell. She is survived by: her parent Olive Norwood Snyder; her spouse Leonard L. Waddell; her sister Beverly S. Gorsuch (Frank) of Union Bridge; and her nephews, Keith Gorsuch (Lisa) and Kevin Gorsuch.
