It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Reifsnider (Frederick, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 18, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Reifsnider III and Margaret Reifsnider (Clark). He is survived by: his spouse Karen Reifsnider (Moss); his brother Clark Reifsnider (Marion) of Florence, SC; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Moss (Faye) of Middletown, MD, Phillip Moss (Sheila) of Mt. Airy, MD and Mary Moss Semler of Frederick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
