He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Smith Sr. and Helen M. Smith (Clem); and his child Chrissy Mullens. He is survived by: his son Joshua L. Smith (Kimberlei); his sister Audrey Fritz (Billy); his grandchildren, Amber, Kaylee Smith, Kevin Jr., Catherine and Cameron Mullens; his great grandchild Tre; his nephews, William, Fritz Jr. and Wesley Fritz (Kristen); and his great-niece Karsynn Fritz.
