Ramsburg Sr. and Mary Shaw Ramsburg of Virginia; his sisters, Charlotte Mayne and Wanda Ramsburg; his father-in-law Franklin Shifflett Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Schwartzbeck, Robert Spring, Franklin Shifflett Jr., Sandy Cooper and Brenda Stream.
He is survived by: his wife Deana Shifflett Ramsburg of Frederick; his children, Kenneth Chase Ramsburg (Stacy) of Brunswick and Erica Rivera of Frederick; his grandchildren, Camden and Ryleigh Ramsburg; his sisters, Mary Schwartzbeck of Mt. Airy, Ann Edwards (John) of Charlestown, WV and Ruth Spring of Brunswick; his mother-in-law Dorothy Shifflett of Mt. Airy; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Shifflett of Damascus, Lorrie Hozhabri (Farzan) of Mt. Airy, Robert Cooper of Smithsburg and Raymond Stream of Smithsburg. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
