He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bailey and Helen Bailey; his wife Ann Millicent Bailey; his granddaughter Reese Olivia Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Bessio, Buddy Wolff, Eddie Wolff, Richard Thomas and Lynn Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Bailey (Amanda) of Boonsboro, Christopher Bailey (Heather) of Keedysville, Patrick Bailey (Ashley) of Walkersville, Peter Bailey (Rebecca) of Frederick and Lauren Hill (Brad) of Woodsboro; his grandchildren, Samantha, Mikayla, Clark, Bryson, Marin and London; his sister Mary Bessio; and his siblings-in-law, Spencer, Danny, Paul Wolff and Maggie Voorhees. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Frederick (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A prayer will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
