He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Miller and Josephine Miller (Smith); his brothers, Philip and John; and his nephew Philip, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Joseph (Mariya) and James (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Corbin, Edgar and Nina. He is also survived by many loving family members, good friends and co-workers.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Frederick (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lakeview Memorial Park (2724 Liberty Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784).
