She was predeceased by: her husband Carlton E. Hoffman; her parents, George Clabaugh and Nettie Hoffman Clabaugh; and her siblings, Helen Clabaugh, James Clabaugh, Shirley Stull, Ralph Clabaugh and Evelyn Hale.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Hoffman (Diana) and David Hoffman (Diane); her grandchildren, Christie Lawrence (Jeremy), Lauren Tipton (Christopher), Alan Hoffman (Kristin) and Amy Palazzo (Nicholas); her great grandchildren, Brennan, Maddox Lawrence, Sophia, Henry Tipton, Adalyn, Joshua Hoffman, Braeden and Gavin Palazzo; her sister Margaret Wastler; and her sister-in-law Shirley Clabaugh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
