She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Hoy-Dorsey and Sylvester Carroll Hebron; her husband Clifton Leroy Prather; her son Charles Dewit Prather; and her granddaughter Mary Christina Prather.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara, Clifton Jr., Mark, Denise and Hazel Prather; her daughter-in-law Celvetta Prather; her brothers, Russell Dorsey (Freda) and Carroll Sylvester Dorsey (Regina); her brother-in-law Sherman Walker; her brother Paul Woodrow Dorsey; her sister-in-law Melanie Dorsey; and her sister Pauline Mae Walker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
