He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Culler; and his brother Floyd L. Culler, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marge Culler; his children, Susan Culler and Stephen Culler; his sister Doris Summers (Tom); and also, Carol, Natalie, Lynlee and Riley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Exterior Restoration Fund of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, 35 East Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701.
