He is survived by: his aunt Dorothy; his uncle Roscoe Murray; his wife Barbara Wilson Bell; his daughter Tracey E. Spitalsky (Gary) of Frederick; his granddaughters, Maryanne DeWitt of Frederick, Kelly Illi (Vince) of Fort Meade, MD and Susan Spitalsky of Frederick; and his brother Charles C. Bell (Barbara Bell) of Lexington Park, MD..
