Cameron Michael Sokoloff Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cameron Michael Sokoloff of Frederick, Maryland, born in Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Martin Sokoloff. He is survived by: his wife Julia Ann Minner; his parents, Robert Sokoloff and Willie Nell Sokoloff; his children, Julia Lucille "Lucy" Sokoloff and Cameron "James" Sokoloff; and his siblings, Mark Sokoloff (Michele) and Elizabeth "Beth" Sokoloff Hiatt (Ben). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and his friends.

Anyone who wishes to honor Cam may make memorial contributions towards a college fund for Lucy and James Sokoloff via mail to Capitol Drywall, 7871 Beechcraft Ave., #150, Gaithersburg, MD 20879 or to the Phoenix Recovery Academy, 117 East Church St., Frederick MD 21701.

“I truly am shocked by this ,Cam was a friend,a good man, a man that loved his family,I don't have the words to describe how much he loved Lucy and James, he always spoke so proudly of them and their accomplishments, Cam was a man that if you needed any help he would be there for you, Cam you will be missed my friend ,I can honestly say that I have never met a nicer person and you will always be in my thoughts and Prayers , You are Loved and Remembered. Rest in Peace”
