He was predeceased by: his father Henry John Borawski. He is survived by: his mother Mary Frances Borawski (Flynn) of Jefferson, MD.; his brothers, Paul Borawski (Rebecca) of Jefferson, MD and Patrick Borawski of Frederick, MD.; and his nieces and nephews, Lindsay, Nathan and Katherine Borawski.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Brian's memory to Frederick Health Hospital.
