She was predeceased by: her parent Sam Carter. She is survived by: her spouse James Kisner, Sr.; her parent Katherine Carter; her children, James Kisner, Jr. (Christina) and Steven Kisner (Lauren); and her grandchildren, Megan, Michael, Ryan and Antonio. She is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.
