We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2023, at the age of 98, Betty Jane Beaver-Freeland (Frederick, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Smith and Katherine Hobbs Smith; her brother Edgar; her husbands, Charles Beaver of Ellicott City, MD and John Freeland; and her daughter Barbara Joan Buckley.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Francis "Bucky" Buckley of Frederick; her daughter Jean (Andrew Hawkins) of Fort Myers, FL; her grandchildren, Matthew Hawkins (Crystal) of Lebanon, TN and Katherine Bissinger (Bradley) of Souderton, PA; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Ethan Bissinger and Maggie Jo Hawkins; her sisters, Lorraine Ridgely (Charles) of Sykesville, MD and Charlotte Mullinix of Hanover, PA; and also Charles.
