She is survived by: her husband Max Poffenbarger; her daughters, Hope Poffenbarger and Hanna Poffenbarger (Jackson Osborne); her sister Kathy Johnson; and her stepsons, Greg Trexler (Kate Yang) and Scott Trexler (Angie Hartman). She is also survived by friends, adoring pets.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Frederick (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
