He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hofmeister; his parents, John Hofmeister and Emma Hofmeister; his siblings, Johnny Hofmeister III and Jennifer Lassen; and his nephews, Joshua, Tyler, Trent and Arne. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, many cousins, and close friends.
