He is survived by: his parents, Alfred C. Burns and Florrie Windsor Burns; his children, Scott Burns and Lori Wilhelm; his grandchildren, Ashlea Luecke, Michael Wilhelm (Amy), Alexa Wilhelm (Larry Sullivan) and Mason Wilhelm; his great grandchild Cooper; his sister Anne Trenor (Al); his siblings-in-law, Vicki Gadberry (Eric) and Jeff Himes (Anne); and his nieces and nephews, Karen Moore (Tim), Hannah, Andrew, Maggie and Finn.
