He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Hall, Sr. and Adelaide Hall; his brothers, Albert Hall (Constance), Darryl Hall and Reginald Hall; his son-in-law Ralph C. Brown, Jr.; his grandson Isaiah Brown; his father-in-law Ryland Clark; and his aunt Anna Perkins.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Hall; his children, Keith Worthington (Beatriz), Dr. Denise Rollins (Gary) and Tia Hall-Brown (Antwione); his grandchildren, Ralph III, William, Malcolm Brown, Nahiff Abdul, Geneva, Daniel Burgess and Kasheba Rollins-Fiscus (Kenny); his mother-in-law Addie Clark; his siblings, Joy Onley (Bobby), James Hall, Jr. (Jan), Karen Hall and Ann Shivers (Edmond); his sisters-in-law, Viola Johnson (LaVern), Sarah Harrison, Joan Hall and Donna Hall; and his godchildren, Karen Chapman, Candace Davis and J. R. Young. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, many other family members; and a long list of friends.
