He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Price Bowers and Hanni Bowers; his sister Janette Tarbox; and his grandmother Olive Price Bowers (Ollie). He is survived by: his sisters, Peggy Ann Bowers of Southern, MD and Rosalin Fox (Roger) of Southern, MD; his brother-in-law Russell Tarbox; and his niece Jessica Tarbox of Mooresville, NC.
