It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nell Delores Scott of Fort Washington, Maryland, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Scott; her children, Gwendatta Phillips (Jerome), Melitta Crowder (Edward Sr.), Raphael and Nicholas Scott; and her sisters, Ora Carothers, Esther Davis, Sandra Howard and Carolyn Gunnings. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and two great-grand-children, a host of other relatives and friends.
