He is survived by: his wife Ruth Warner; and his children, V. Dianne Marshall, Theodore (Adrian), Irving (Tiana) and David Marshall (Meia). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of God (1228 Mt Zion Marlboro Rd, Lothian, MD 20711). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
