It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Marie Schaefer of Fort Washington, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Posey and Martha Posey. She is survived by: her husband William Joseph Schaefer (Bill); her daughter-in-law Joy; her granddaughter-in-law Martha; and her children, Martha Ann Blevins and William Joseph Schaefer Jr.. She is also survived by eight grand kids, several great grandkids, and great-great grandkids.
