Forrest (Sandra) of Lynchburg and Joyce Holloway (Jeremiah) of Nathalie; her siblings-in-law, Frances Forrest of Brookneal, Vivian Forrest of Nathalie, Doris Taylor Lawrence (John) of Hyattsville, MD, Garry Taylor (Rachel) of Sommerset and Rev. Simon Pender of Hyattsville, MD; her goddaughter Shirell Gibson of Gambrill, MD; her niece Beverly Forrest; and also Shirley Jackson (Raymond) of Washington, DC. She is also survived by daughter; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service (304 Lusardi Dr, Brookneal, VA 24528). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church (1055 Stage Coach Rd, Nathalie, VA 24577). A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at the Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery (1055 Stage Coach Rd, Nathalie, VA 24577).
