With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Mae Howell (Fort Washington, Maryland), who passed away on February 13, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Jr. and Mary E. Carr. She is survived by: her children, James C. Howell (Amber) and Monica Howell; her husband James L. Howell; her grandchildren, James E. Howell and Naomi Howell; her niece Cynthia Carr; her siblings, Barbara Banks, Linda Hunter, Mary Ann Carr, Emma Goins (Jackie), Rickey Carr, James Carr (Tonya), Michael Carr, Otis Carr (Barbara) and Jewel Carr (Michele); and her siblings-in-law, William Howell, Calvin Howell (Evelyn), Franklin D. Howell, Gwendolyn Howell-Newsome, Gwenervere Alexander (Curtis) and Beatrice Howell. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
