He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Moore, Equilla Allen (Barry), Jack Crutchfield, Sr. Ricky (Kay), Sheena Ferrell, Cavel Singleton (David), Roydean Crutchfield, Derrick Lampkins and Gordon "Chip" Renfrow (LaToya); his aunts, Patricia Crutchfield, Claudia Reddix and Laura Mae Green (Michael); and his close friend Jackie Bridges. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
