She is survived by: her husband Robert Levine Sr.; her children, Robert Levine Jr. (Shiela) and Donna Levine-Burleson (Eric); her grandchildren, Ronnie, Haleigh, Gabrielle (Dennis), Storm, Chandler, Felicia (Daniel), Matisse, Amaris, Dovlynd, Ava, Hawks, Ana and Blu; her great grandchildren, Averi, Andi, Oliver, Karsynn, Ellie, Savannah, Brad, Daniel, Jaylin, Dylan and Raelynn; her siblings, Walter Gerlock Jr. (Donna), Lawrence Gerlock (Debbie) and Rhonda Lanteri; her niece Colleen Gerlock; and her child Rob.
