With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Grimes Sr. of Fort Howard, Maryland, born in Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on August 24, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Catherine L. Grimes; his children, Dale L. Grimes, Jr. (Louise), Judith C. Bechtel (Jay) and William A. Grimes (Anita); his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Jeremy Shankle), Mary (Craig Fadel), Andrew Grimes (Ashley), Jay Bechtel (Nicole), Jayson Bechtel (Victoria) and Jillian Bechtel; his great grandchildren, Clara, Melody, Colton Fadel, Huck Bechtel, Leonardo Shankle and Lena Bechtel; his sisters, Hattie Hall and Esther Hannigan; and his parent Baltimore. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
