He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Beulah Phillips; his parents, Clarence M., Sr. and Charlotte Phillips; and his siblings, Clarence M. Phillips, Jr. and Mary C. Lambert.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Lee Szafraniec (Leonard); his nephew Kerry Lee Doster (Leslie); and his niece Sharon Denise Lambert.
