He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William and Goldie Norris Sr. (Peterson); his children, Scott Norris of Forest Hill, MD and Kathe Norris Blake (Ralph) of Jarrettsville, MD; his grandchildren, Laura Norris (Matt), Krista Petterson (Eric), Stefanie Endres (Kevin) and Michael Blake (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Lily Petterson, LJ Caskey, William Petterson, Quillan Petterson, Grady Endres, Truett Endres and Tillman Endres.
