It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Leroy Redding Sr. of Forest Hill, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Albert and Margaret Grace Redding (Cullings); his wife Carolyn Sue Redding (Howell); and his grandson Shawn Ashley Redding. He is survived by: his pets, Tucker and Trinity; his sons, Vernon Leroy Redding, Jr. (Lynn) of Felton, Duane Stephen Redding (Lisa) of Forest Hill, MD and Michael Allen Redding of Westminster, MD.; his grandchildren, John Redding (Jennifer), Lauren Sax (Tom), Christopher Redding, Gabrielle Redding and Juliette Redding; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Hudson, Thomas and Nicholas.
