He is survived by: his wife Dolores Holden; his children, Michael Holden, Steven Holden (Tammy) and Deborah Simmons (Scott); his grandchildren, Heather, David, Brian, Stacey, Thomas, Jessica, Joshua, Christopher, Zachary, Scotty and Sierra; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Camilla, Clayton, Guinevere, Landon, Madison, Mason, Noah and Rowan; and his siblings, Wayne Holden and Patricia Kearns. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and many other family members and friends.
