He was predeceased by: his parents, Conright Bell and Dolly Bell (Muller); and his brothers, David Bell and Jeffrey Bell. He is survived by: his wife Lilly M. Bell (Beaman); his children, Tammy R. Wescott (Brian Wescott) and Steven T. Bell, Jr. (Melissa Bell); his grandchildren, Dillon Wescott (Yve Wescott), Jacob Wescott (Natalie Wescott), Courtney Bell and Connor Bell; his great grandchild Archer Wescott; and his brother Arthur Bell.
