He was predeceased by: his father Samuel B. Foard, Sr.; his wife Dorothy Foard (Amos); his daughter Edith Jones; and his siblings, Wilbur Foard and Virginia Massey.
He is survived by: his daughter Constance Richardson (Frank); his son-in-law R. Stephen Jones; his daughters, Carol Miller (Roderick) and Kristine Hopkins (Nelson); his grandchildren, Melissa Milligan (Darren), Jennifer Jones, Bradley Richardson (Chelsea), Andrew Adams, Jordan Miller, Trevor Richardson, Kaitlyn Hopkins and Allison Hopkins; and his great grandchildren, Stephen Milligan, Colton Milligan, Rhen Allen-Miller and Stella Richardson.
