She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Palumbo and Anna Maria Palumbo (Mucci); her husband Arthur Blevins; and her siblings, Marianna Palumbo, Marie Matteson and Sunda Palumbo.
She is survived by: her children, James Blevins (Debbie) of Littlestown, PA, Brian Blevins (Georgia) of Newburg, PA, Ann Marie Bundy (Craig) of Delta, PA, Bobby Blevins of Ellicott City, MD and Patti Blevins of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
