He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Filmore Tilley and Mary Elizabeth Tilley (Gunther). He is survived by: his wife Jeane Tilley (Webster); his brother Dennis Tilley; and his godchildren, Jim Hutchins, Cristina Franklin, Matthew Tarbert and Laura Tarbert.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Emory United Methodist Church (911 Cherry Hill Rd, Street, MD 21154). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
