It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Earl Hughes of Forest Hill, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 19, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Hughes and Margaret Hughes; his wife Joanna Hughes; his children, Christine Lynn Lanning (Jeff) and Raymond Hughes, Jr. (Adrienne); his grandchildren, Jessica, Abby Lanning, Nick, George and Christopher Hughes; and his siblings, Linda and Richard Hughes (Lynette).
