She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Phillips and E. Lauretta Phillips (Grafton); and her son Jason Hopkins. She is survived by: her spouse Carroll Hopkins; her children, Katlin Swank (David), Jaclin Hopkins and Jeremiah Hopkins (Katie); her siblings, Charlene Barberry, Blair Phillips and Craig Phillips (Grace); and her grandchildren, Micah Swank, Jacy Swank, Noah Hopkins and Jacob Hopkins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bel Air-McComas Family Funeral Home (50 W Broadway, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Bel Air Memorial Gardens (809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014).
