Melissa Anne Bartness Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa Anne Bartness of Forest Hill, Maryland, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Kathleen Carstensen and Richard Carstensen; her children, Emma and Liam Bartness (Mike Manzelmann); her brother Michael; her sister-in-law Viktorya; and her nephews, Corey and Lukas. She is also survived by extended family, including her 100-year-old grandmother.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for the donations to be made to St. Mary Church (Memo: Good Samaritan Fund). These specific donations will support Emma's and Liam's education Funds.
