With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Laurence William Gavin (Forest Hill, Maryland), born in Oelwein, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Gavin and Helen Gavin (Soulek) of Kimball, SD.; his niece Renee Bastrom; and his grandsons, Gavin and Colin Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria (De Leon); his children, Elizabeth Breslin (Michael), Karen Marshall (Jason) and Sean Kathryn (Katy); his grandchildren, Joseph, Deirdre and Moira Breslin; his children, Faith, Masos Marshall, Andrew, Camden, Adelaide Gavin, Colin and Evelyn Lusby; his sister Mary Ann Bastrom (late Tom); and his nephew Kent.
