It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Joe Payne of Forest Hill, Maryland, born in Fries, Virginia, who passed away on July 15, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Webb Payne and Mildred Lee Hill Payne. He is survived by: his son Forest Hill, MD; his wife Shirley Ann Bennett Payne; his children, Laura Snyder (Ken, Jr.), Tricia Palermo (Bill, III), Brian Payne and Travis Payne (Kate); his grandchildren, Kenny Snyder, III (Chelsea), Eric Snyder, Karah Snyder, Amber Palermo, Alyssa Palermo, Lucas Payne and Allison Payne; his great grandchildren, Kenny Snyder, IV and Charlea Snyder; and his siblings, Harrison Payne (Linda), Martha Joines (Bob) and Mike Payne (Cathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, additional family members.
