She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Henry and Alva Lavera Lindemuth (Rhoades); her siblings, Marian Kuster and Gerald Lindemuth; and her grandson Michael Patrick Kern.

She is survived by: her children, Diane Marian Kern Putt and Donald Paul Kern; and her grandsons, David Paul Kern, Christopher Michael Kern and Gregory Thomas Kern.
