He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Marquard Welsh; his daughter Kathy Beck; his son-in-law Larry Beck; his grandsons, Derek Hardesty (Amy) and Jason Hardesty (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Hudson Hardesty, Jocelyn Hardesty, Hadley Hardesty, Sterling Hardesty and Henry Hardesty; and his brother Gordon Welsh.
