She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Grover Rappold; her parents, Ruth Ione Zimmerman Loos and John Frederick Loos, Sr.; her brother John F. Loos Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Loos, Daniel A. Rappold, Kathleen Rappold, Phillip Damast and Margaret Damast; her nephews, Charles Damast and Timothy Rappold; her niece Suzie Smith; her granddaughter Betsy Dean; her great grandchild Kevin Krampf; her great great grandchild Aubre Krampf; and her son-in-law Phillip Hoff.
She is survived by: her children, Carol L. Dean (Robert) of Easley, SC, John D. Rappold (Sallie) of Grasonville, MD, Thomas F. Rappold (Alicia) of Hunt Valley, MD and Mary R. Zaks (Chaim) of Martinsburg, WV.; her grandchildren, Michael P. Dean (Sally) of Easley, SC, Matthew L. Rappold (Arlene) of Rapid City, SD, Beth Van Derslice (Kurt) of Sparks, MD, Joseph T. Rappold (Dawn) of Sparks, MD, Robert D. Hoff of Cumberland, MD and Maryrose C. Gray (Christopher) of Agoura Hills, CA; and her nieces, Joyce Bergh, Sharon Pettit (Bob), Ruth Dalpee (Mike) and Kate Rappold. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
