He is survived by: his children, Donald "DJ" W. Smacher, Jr. (Marla) of Bel Air, MD and Donna S. Mandl (Karl) of Aberdeen, MD; his sister Carole Stahovic; his grandchildren, Michael R. Smacher (Jordan), Matthew Smacher, Ryan N. Mandl and Rebecca L. Mandl; his great grandchild Cole V. Smacher; his niece Lori Chase (Matthew); his nephew Rock Stahovic (Robyn) of Plains Township; his great-niece Ashley Chase; and his great-nephews, Matthew Chase, Tait and Teague Stahovic.
