He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvert Bowen and Therese Bowen; and his siblings, Calvert "Skip" Bowen and Barbara Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Gail Jolliffe Bowen; his children, Bryan Bowen (Stacy) and Kellie Montgomery (Steven); his grandchildren, Jake, Zach, Ben, Evan Bowen, Ella and Abby Montgomery; his siblings, Timothy Bowen (Patti), Thomas Bowen (Lee) and Marlene McGraw; and his siblings-in-law, Rosalie Bowen and Jim Gallagher. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
