He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Patricia Dorzey. He is survived by: his children, David J. Dorzey, Jr. (Amy), Kimberly Sands (Ryan), Mary Beth Thompson (Andrew), Victoria, Isabella, Nolan, Savannah and Hazel; his siblings, Richard Dorzey (Janet), Mark Dorzey (Melissa), Bruce Dorzey and Sharan Deinlein; and his nieces and nephews, Christy, Mary Kay, Jimmy and Melissa. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
