He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Heavner and Evelyn Heavner (Trail); and his siblings, Robert Heavner, Catherine Deremer, Louise Geiman, Naomi Simmons and Perry Heavner.
He is survived by: his brother Frank Heavner; his wife Ramona Heavner; and his children, Ann Heavner (Dave Slick), Mark Heavner (Lana Heavner) and Beverly Morral (David Morral). He is also survived by his three children, eight grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Flintstone Fire Department Post Office Box #105, Flintstone, MD 21530.
