She was predeceased by: her parents, William Issac Mauzy and Sadie Fern Mauzy (Walton). She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Dawn Dockins (Mauzy); and her children, Ann Heavner (David Slick), Mark Heavner (Lana Heavner) and Beverly Morral (David Morral). She is also survived by her three children, eight grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Flintstone Volunteer Fire Department, Post Office Box #105, Flintstone, MD 21530.
