He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Heavner and Evelyn Heavner; his siblings, Robert, Harmon, Perry, Catherine Deremer, Louise Geiman and Naomi Simmons; his son-in-law Joe Humbertson; and his grandson-in-law Brad Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Heavner (Mallow); his children, Pamela Humbertson, Greg (Kimberly), Brian (Joy) and Brad (Renee); and his sisters-in-law, Donna Heavner, Joyce Tharp and Linda Hartman. He is also survived by grandfather, Frank had twelve grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and three step-great-grandchildren.
